This issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience
The new process of requesting invitations to become a Premium member was communicated yesterday morning and the response was terrific. Unfortunately, around 1:00 pm Eastern Time (US), the servers at the 3rd party list management system I use (Aweber) crashed under load and they are still working to bring it back up. Apparently they came under denial of service attack.
Today, the system is partially restored. Many of you may be able to access the invitation request form but many of you might not be.
To help ensure your interest is registered, you may
- Send me an email at email@example.com and I will email you back when the service is fully up and running so you can enter your information, or,
- You might wish to check back at the end of the day today or tomorrow morning when I expect everything to be function as normal
If you do send me an email, I will make sure that your request is processed in the order received.
If you were able to sign up before this server crash, I do have your information and I am waiting for the resolution of this matter before the next steps in the process are taken.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused and I appreciate your patience. The supplier of this service is working to build in stronger safeguards to ensure this does not happen again. I am assured that this is a rare occurrence, and frankly I have not experience this before in my past 3 years of relationship with Aweber.
